Organizational Development
Dr. Richardson knows how to lead people to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and the organizations they work for. She also knows how to lead organizations to create the kind of environment that people want to be part of and contribute to.
Dr. Richardson’s extensive managerial, organizational development, instructional and clinical skills give her a unique perspective on how to help organizations, and the people who compose them, succeed. She has led complex projects from conception to implementation, and excels at program development, curriculum development, assessments, evaluation, research, student development, strategic planning, faculty development and consulting.
She has improved finances and secured additional funding for previous organizations, and provided clinical training and supervision to enhance workplace performance.
Dr. Richardson prides herself on integrating a cultural lens into every aspect of her teaching and scholarship. Her current research interests and recent publications focus on the buffering role of community resilience against Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) for children and non-traditional adult students, as well as the role of diversity and the importance of organizational and community context. She currently leads National Louis University’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.
