A CALL TO LEAD:
Discover the Leader Within
This book will focus on what it takes to be an effective leader. There are some hard and soft skills required to effectively lead and we will explore them throughout the book. My hope is that you walk away with the following: 1) a clear understanding of effective leadership 2) the hard and soft skills required for leading; and, 3) a knowledge of leadership being a service and not a privilege.
Throughout this book I will share stories some personal and those of others, I hope they are relevant and relatable.
